In the ham production we prepare degustations with a tour for you. At the degustation you will get approx. 10 dkg of meat products, cheese, olives, bread and 2 dcl of Teran vine. During the degustation we show you a presentation video on products and production. After that follows a tour of the drying chambers for hams with expert explanations. A guided tour is available in Slovenian, Italian or English. The price is 9 eur/person, the degustation tour takes 1 -1.5 hours. To visit only the drying chamber is also possible, this tour lasts half an hour and the price is 2.50 eur/person.
Degustations with tour are possible from Monday to Friday from 9 -14 and on Saturdays from 8-12. The minimum number of persons for the tour and degustation is 15. It is necessary to book groups in advance, at least one day before arrival. A reservation is made when you send us a written reservation by e-mail.
Free cancellation is possible 3 days prior to arrival, for each later cancellation will be charged 50% of the reservation. In the event that the cancellation is not made, we will charge you 100% of the reservation. Cancellations are valid only in writing.
